“ I came here on a Thursday afternoon and was warmly greeted by the owner who was behind the counter. He was friendly and helped us order. I had the catfish and Mac cheese, which were delicious! The catfish was crunchy and paired well with the hot sauce. My wife had the collard greens and wings which were also delicious! The closest to home cooking I’ve had in south Florida. This place is a gem and I can’t wait to come back. ”

“ Update 11/24- better than ever! Chef came out and chatted for a while and made us some fabulous porkchops, shrimp, and wings. You can taste the love! Looks like they got a few new things to try too! I think i found it! Ive been looking for that great seasoned fried chicken and porkchops that make you just want more. I had the porkchop breakfast (yummy grits) and my daughter had fried chicken sandwich. I tell you those chops were sooo delicious. Big breakfast great price. Im going back soon to see what we can have for lunch or dinner. Hopefully i can get some gravy on something fried cause that would be heaven. Its a small little jem but wow give it a try. A ”
